Overview of youth services
Our youth programme offers weekly groups, social activities, creative workshops and one-to-one support (Q:Connect). We provide safe spaces where young people can meet peers, access information and get confidential support from trained staff and volunteers.
Who they're for
Our services are for young people aged 11–25 who identify as LGBTQ+ or are questioning their gender or sexual orientation. We welcome family members and carers to contact us for guidance about supporting young people.
What young people can expect
- Welcoming, non-judgemental spaces and peer support
- Confidential 1‑2‑1 support and signposting to specialist services
- Opportunities to learn, volunteer and take part in community events
- Staff trained in safeguarding, inclusion and youth work best practice
Safeguarding reassurance
Keeping young people safe is our top priority. All staff and volunteers undergo DBS checks, receive safeguarding training and follow clear policies for confidentiality, safer recruitment and incident reporting. If you have safeguarding concerns you can contact us directly via the Contact page.
